Sallaz & Oboussier, St. Croix In 1850 Edmond Fornachon made bedplates for Sallaz & Oboussier.
Sallaz & Oboussier Ste-Crois, Switzerland. A maker of good quality cylinder musical-boxes c. 1840-50. Characteristic of the period, these had polished brass bedplates and the inner glass lid was visibly hinged on ist upper back edge instead of underneath as usual.
